White Bone Demon
The White Bone Demon (Baigujing) , aka Lady White Bone, is one of the main villains in Journey to the West. She is a shapeshifting demoness who is trying to capture The Monk (Tang Sanzang). She had three major attempts in the Novel. Each time, she disguised herself as innocent people, but she has always been, discovered, and defeated by Monkey King (Sun Wukong). Unfortunately, he couldn't convince The Monk and the other two diciples (Pigsy and Sand Priest) that these people were indeed White Bone Demon in disguise. After the third incident, The Monk cut his ties with Monkey King.
In his absence, The Monk (Tang Sanzang) gets caught by another demon that Pigsy (Zhu Bajie) and Sand Priest (Sha Wujing) cannot defeat. Monkey King (Sun Wukong) returned to save The Monk (Tang Sanzang) and continued their journey West.
